The Wells Projects consists of three frames as additions to an existing home: a garage, enclosed/open porch & and kitchen/bedroom addition.
The first frame is a 24′ x 24′ two-car garage. There are 19′ long, 10″ x 10″, king posts in each of the end bents with a 24′ long, 8″ x 8″ center truss plate. This allows for a completely open interior to the garage. The beams for the garage are rough-sawn white pine.
